Finding Our Stride Community 5K Run and Walk - Adult 5K Run or Walk Registration
Killington Parks and Recreation and Killington Elementary school are joining forces to host a "Finding Our Strides" Community 5K Run or Walk! This event serves as the culmination of the Finding Our Strides youth program, dedicated to promoting wellness, fitness, and camaraderie among participants in grades 3-6. The Finding Our Strides Community 5K Run or Walk is not just about breaking a sweat; it's about coming together to make a positive impact. This year, all proceeds from the event will benefit Killington Elementary School physical education classes, specifically raising funds to bring Wunderle’s Big Top Adventures residency to KES physical education classes.Participants can expect a fun-filled morning featuring:Scenic Course: Enjoy a picturesque out and back route that begins at the Johnson Recreation Center; Travel down River Road past scenic wetlands and Thundering Brook Falls before turning around at Wolf Hill Road to return to the Rec Center.Family-Friendly Atmosphere: Bring the whole family along for this inclusive event! Whether you're running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Killington Double Diamonds Street Hockey League - Killington Double Diamonds Street Hockey League
This program is for children in 1st grade and up. This program will start on Sundays starting April 21 for eight weeks from 10am to 11am. Groups will be divided up and look to increase their individual skills.
